My husband would like to register a team. How would he do that? He works for creative office pavilion. But you could send paperwork to our home in Scarborough. Kate.

Dear “Friends of Helen”:

The initial Helen King Memorial Golf Tournament was held in the summer of 2004 as a positive, productive way for us all to remember our friend Helen, and to pay tribute to her accomplished, yet all too brief life. To this date the Helen King Memorial Golf Tournament has raised over $35,000.00 for various local charities. Thanks to all of the “Friends of Helen”, including our dedicated, repeat golfers, our tireless volunteers, our generous donors and other special supporters, we have been able to contribute to numerous local charities, organizations and families in need, all while honoring Helen's name, and her spirit of service.

This spring (2011), we will be awarding the 1^st Annual Helen King Memorial Scholarship to a Portland High School, or a Deering High School senior intending to study physical therapy at the college level, just as Helen did at Northeastern University in Boston.

We should all take great pride in these worthwhile efforts and accomplishments. Thanks to everyone for your continued support, and we will see you at the course!
